WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 - RIA Novosti. Secretary of State John Kerry sent on September 9 in the Middle East to try to cobble together a coalition against group "Islamic State" (IG) in Iraq, told reporters, State Department spokesman Jen Psak. 

According to her, Kerry will visit the Jordanian capital Amman and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. 

"During a visit to the region Secretary of State Kerry also consult with key partners and allies on how to maintain the security and stability of the Iraqi government, to deal with the IG and security challenges in the Middle East", - said Psak.
