Although not established in Belgium, the richest man in France, Bernard Arnault has created there are several companies since 1999. 

Many of these French choose to live in Estempyui municipality that borders France. Among the incumbents therein are rich actor Gerard Depardieu and businessmen Bernard Tapie and Stefan Courbet. 

According to the survey dozens of wealthy French citizens have chosen to live in Belgium because of its slight tax legislation, including lower capital taxes and no property tax.

G7 vowed to put Russia in a more cost

Leaders of the G-7 announced that they are ready to impose more sanctions on Russia for its actions in Eastern Ukraine. They gathered at the two-day meeting in Brussels, which began yesterday evening with a working dinner. 

"We condemn the continuing violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine by the Russian Federation," they said in a joint statement. "We are ready to strengthen specific sanctions and consider significant additional restrictive measures
