Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in the Egyptian capital Cairo, where he will hold talks in efforts to neutralize the jihadist group "
Islamic State", reported
AFP.
Kerry will meet with
Egyptian President Abdel
Fatah al-Sisi, and the leader of the
Arab League Nabil al-Arabi.
The talks will be the international coalition that the
United States is trying to build against the group
