Physiotherapist England with a broken ankle

World Cup over for physiotherapist Gary Lewin of England, who has a broken left ankle in the match with Italy.
The team confirmed the injury of the specialist, who will now move back to his homeland to recover. Its functions will perform his assistant Steve Kemp.
